The current advancement in medical knowledge extends beyond the medical field to include the modernization and utilization of public health systems. This is crucial for efficiently addressing health concerns, encompassing prevention, control, and management of potential future outbreaks of emerging infectious diseases. Furthermore, the dissemination and exchange of knowledge serve as crucial tools in advancing the field of Medicine. This facilitates easier access to medical information and ensures that it remains up to date, leading to the practical application of knowledge for the benefits of the population at the national level

The Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, is an educational institution that plays a crucial role in the development and promotion of medical knowledge, including the production of graduates and specialized medical professionals. It emphasizes integrated teaching and quality patient care to fulfill the institution’s main mission. In the year 2024, the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, together with King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, is organizing the 60th Annual Academic Conference (MDCU Congress 2024) on August 14-16, 2024. The conference theme, "Navigating the Future of Healthcare: Integrating Technology and Patient-Centered Care in General Medicine", will be presented in a hybrid format. Interested participants can choose to attend the conference either onsite or through the online meeting platform.

On behalf of the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University and King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, we cordially invite physicians and medical professionals nationwide to join us in exchanging medical knowledge and sharing your experiences at the MDCU Congress 2024 academic conference. การพัฒนาความรู้ทางการแพทย์ในปัจจุบันไม่เพียงแค่เกี่ยวข้องกับด้านการแพทย์เท่านั้น แต่ยังรวมถึงด้าน การพัฒนาระบบสาธารณสุขที่ทันสมัยและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อประชาชน เพื่อให้สามารถตอบสนองต่อปัญหาทางสุขภาพได้อย่าง มีประสิทธิภาพ ทั้งด้านการป้องกัน การควบคุม และการรับมือกับสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคอุบัติใหม่ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต นอกจากนี้ การเผยแพร่และแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ เป็นเครื่องมือที่สำคัญในการพัฒนาศาสตร์ทางการแพทย์ ทำให้ข้อมูลทางการแพทย์สามารถเข้าถึงได้ง่ายขึ้น ตลอดจนเป็นแหล่งข้อมูลที่ทันสมัยและนำไปสู่การนำความรู้มาใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อประชาชนในระดับประเทศ

คณะแพทย์ศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาที่มีบทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนาและส่งเสริมความรู้ทางการแพทย์ รวมถึงเป็นแหล่งผลิตบัณฑิตและแพทย์เฉพาะทาง มุ่งเน้นการเรียนการสอนที่บูรณาการกับการดูแลผู้ป่วยอย่างมีคุณภาพ ทั้งนี้ เพื่อตอบสนองต่อภารกิจหลักของสถาบัน ในปี พ.ศ. 2567 คณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ร่วมกับโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย จึงกำหนดจัดการประชุมวิชาการประจำปี ครั้งที่ 60 (MDCU Congress 2024) ในวันที่ 14-16 สิงหาคม 2567 ภายใต้หัวข้อ “Navigating the Future of Healthcare: Integrating Technology and Patient-Centered Care in General Medicine” ในรูปแบบผสมผสาน (Hybrid) ซึ่งผู้สนใจสามารถเลือกเข้าร่วมงานประชุมได้ที่สถานที่จัดงาน (Onsite) หรือประชุมผ่านทางสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (Online Meeting Platform)

The annual academic conference of the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University and King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital serves as a vital platform for the exchange of medical knowledge among medical personnel, both domestically and internationally. It acts as a hub for the dissemination of knowledge, research findings, and the promotion of excellence in medical academia, with the aim of advancing medical sciences and enhancing healthcare effectiveness for the general public. Additionally, it serves as a valuable academic resource to foster future advancements in the field of medicine.

The Academic Services Committee has scheduled the prestigious 60th Annual Academic Conference of the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University and King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, or MDCU Congress 2024, on August 14th - 16th, 2024. The conference theme is "Navigating the Future of Healthcare: Integrating Technology and Patient-Centered Care in General Medicine". The objectives are to disseminate and exchange medical knowledge, foster advancements in Medicine, and integrate technology with medical knowledge to develop contemporary healthcare approaches. These activities will have a significant impact on the continued development and advancement of medical sciences for the future. To promote wide participation from all personnel, we have organized various activities including the MDCU Medical Tournament, which is being held consecutively for the third year. Moreover, esteemed professors will share their experiences in the MDCU TALK event. There will also be multidisciplinary discussion sessions facilitated by experts from various fields, research presentations in both oral presentation and E-poster formats, as well as alumni activities from the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University (Class of 9th, 19th, 29th, 39th, and 49th).

On behalf of the conference organizing committee, I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to meet each and every one of you at this important event. I look forward to sharing this memorable experience with you.

สารจากประธานคณะกรรมการฝ่ายบริการวิชาการ

การประชุมวิชาการประจำปีของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย เปรียบเสมือนพื้นที่สำหรับการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ทางวิชาการระหว่างบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นบุคลากรจากสถาบันภายในประเทศหรือต่างประเทศ เป็นศูนย์รวมการเผยแพร่องค์ความรู้ ผลงานวิจัย และส่งเสริมความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการแพทย์ เพื่อช่วยพัฒนาศาสตร์ทางการแพทย์และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดูแลรักษาสุขภาพของประชาชน อีกทั้งยังเป็นแหล่งข้อมูลทางวิชาการที่มีคุณค่า ซึ่งจะเสริมสร้างความก้าวหน้าทางการแพทย์ต่อไปในอนาคต

คณะกรรมการฝ่ายบริการวิชาการ ได้กำหนดจัดการประชุมวิชาการประจำปี ครั้งที่ 60 ของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย หรือ MDCU Congress 2024 ขึ้นในระหว่างวันที่ 14 - 16 สิงหาคม 2567 ภายใต้หัวข้อ “Navigating the Future of Healthcare: Integrating Technology and Patient-Centered Care in General Medicine” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเผยแพร่และแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้วิชาการแพทย์ การพัฒนาความก้าวหน้าทางการแพทย์ ตลอดจนการนำเทคโนโลยีมาบูรณาการกับความรู้ทางการแพทย์อันจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาแนวทางการรักษารูปแบบใหม่ที่มีความทันสมัย ซึ่งจะส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาและการต่อยอดศาสตร์ทางการแพทย์ต่อไปในอนาคต ทั้งนี้ เพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรทุกภาคส่วน จึงมีการจัดกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ มากมาย อาทิ การแข่งขันตอบปัญหา MDCU Medical Tournament ซึ่งจัดต่อเนื่องกันเป็นปีที่ 3 และได้รับเกียรติจากอาจารย์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ มาแบ่งปันประสบการณ์ ในกิจกรรม MDCU TALK การอภิปรายกลุ่มสหสาขา (Multidisciplinary Discussion) จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญในหลากหลายสาขา การนำเสนอผลงานวิจัย ประเภท Oral Presentation และ E-Poster และกิจกรรมคืนสู่เหย้าของศิษย์เก่าแพทย์จุฬาฯ (รุ่น 9, 19, 29, 39 และ 49)

ในนามของประธานจัดการประชุมวิชาการ หวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าจะได้มีโอกาสพบกับทุกท่านในงานนี้ เพื่อมาร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของประสบการณ์ที่น่าจดจำไปด้วยกันนะคะ แล้วพบกันค่ะ
